Halloween 2012

It looks like my last post about the family was back in October -- before Halloween.  So, I figured Halloween would be a good place to start.  If you are on my Facebook page you have probably seen these.  But, please bear with me...not all my family and friends are on Facebook yet and I wanted to make sure they didn't miss these.

As you all know or can imagine, having three kids (especially with two being two years old and younger) is crazy!  So, we decided to keep it simple this year and just hit up Daddy's work, PacificSource they lay low at home and hand out candy.

Here is Lynsey Jo in her awesome Halloween costume.  She was Abbey Bominable from the Monster High clan.  (For those who don't know, they are part-monster/part-human characters who learn to embrace the things that make them different and celebrate who they are.)  The make-up and wig stayed on the first part of the day, but (as I suspected it would) they started to bother her and ended up coming off.  Either way, make-up and wig or not, she looks so cool!

And, here is our adorable Bayleigh.  She was Little Red Riding hood...again.  (Sorry, getting this whole Halloween-with-three-kids left this Momma a bit overwhelmed so she just pulled out her costume from last year and luckily it still fit.)  She wasn't sure about Halloween this year.  She had moments where she enjoyed it, and moment when she didn't.  But, she got through it and got to reap the benefits of being forced to go around begging strangers for candy -- she got to eat it!

Lastly, Kelci was our little princess.  A cute Disney dress, white shoes with stars, and tights...voila, instant princess.  She was still pretty young -- one day shy of being one year -- so she was basically just along for the ride all day.

Biggest lesson learned from last year: start planning for this year's Halloween now!  :)  Love you all so much.  XOXO
